The renovation of this apartment reorganized the interior spaces of the kitchen and bathrooms, with some minimal interventions on existing walls to reorganize them. The kitchen was integrated into the living room through a passageway, and its closure is made through a “shrimp” type frame. The existing solid ipê floor laid in a fish scale shape was preserved and restored. The largest intervention was located in the kitchen and bathrooms with the replacement of coverings, floors and countertops. The lighting in the apartment was also completely replaced with integrated LED systems.
